The Mignon Turbo has 65mm burrs that allow for higher productivity and is also equipped with the ACE system or Anti-Clumping Electrostaticity, also known as the anti-clump system. The anti-clump system, by eliminating static charge, creates a uniform and consistent ground coffee without those annoying clumps seen in many coffee grinders today.
By eliminating the static charge in the ground coffee, the system prevents clump formation and keeps your kitchen cleaner. Dosing is easy thanks to single, double, and manual programming using simple +/- buttons located under the display.
Press the * button in the center, and you'll enter a manual mode for custom coffee dosing.
Noise won't be a problem either because, thanks to an anti-vibration system called Silent Technology, you can easily talk and be heard while grinding coffee. Another noteworthy feature is the anti-vibration system called Silent Technology.
It drastically reduces the motor noise and makes this coffee grinder up to 20 dB quieter than traditional coffee grinders. This is great if you have an apartment with thin walls or if you're talking to someone while preparing your coffee.
